Executive Chef 2 opportunity within Corporate Services in Pleasanton CA. The Executive Chef will oversee our corporate cafe and all catering for a high profile corporate headquarters for a pharmaceutical diagnostics division. Our cafe serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, and our catering events range from boxed lunches to high end events. This is a hands-on working chef position. The Executive Chef will manage a team of 11 employees, working side by side with his/her team on food production. Other responsibilities include menu planning, ordering, inventory, managing costs, and ensuring HACCP compliance. We provide service to a very involved client with high expectations. Excellent client relations skills are a must!!
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
