Sodexo is looking for a Director, Retail to support Stanford Health Care and all other accounts in the region with Retail Excellence. Responsibilities include retail oversight and implementation.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the retail team in a healthcare organization, including creative, retail dining excellence, marketing, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Lead and direct the retail team in a high-volume healthcare organization
- manage food costing, controls and compliance
- develop marketing plan for retail formats
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
- have a passion for customer service and innovation
- experience with online Food Management Systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong working knowledge of all Sodexo retail programs, retail excellence
- Strong knowledge of all internal brands, all external brands
- Possess strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L
- Strong ability to manage processes and drive results
- Experience managing high volume in retail settings
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in operations
