We have an opportunity for a Food Service Manager in Orange, CA.
Reporting to our General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our café operations for the opening shift. The Food Service Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, drive retail customer satisfaction and manage the flow between the food production area and the cafe, provide frontline training to the hourly staff, and provide excellent customer service to our cafe customers.
Qualifications for this position include current/prior supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification. Experience managing a union workforce is preferred.
