We have a new career opportunity for a General Manager at our location in Los Angeles, CA. Reporting to the District Manager; our GM will direct the day to day operations of the food and nutrition services in a hospital.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Food & Nutrition Services, including patient dining, onsite retail café, catering services and physician’s dining. Coupled with prior management level experience in a hospital environment, the ideal candidate will be a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional financial acumen as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and meet financial objectives. Candidates for this General Manager position should have prior GM level experience managing a food and nutrition department and a solid record of achieving best in class patient satisfaction scores.
Qualifications for this position include Certified Dietary Manager certification (or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, etc), experience with CMS and Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance requirements. CDM Certification OR RD candidates preferred.
