Sodexo is looking for two Sous Chefs at Keck Hospital in Los Angeles, CA


Every day at Keck Hospital of USC, physicians, nurses and staff go beyond the science of exceptional medicine to bring patient breakthroughs in the art of caring. Keck Hospital of USC, a 401-bed acute care hospital, is part of Keck Medicine of USC, the University of Southern California’s medical enterprise. Its internationally renowned physicians care for patients, teach and conduct research at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, the region’s first medical school.


Seeking  two creative and resourceful Sous Chef. One of the positions will be overseeing catering, patient meals and supporting the executive chefs as well as the front of the house staff. Hours for this position would rotate so you could be doing an early morning or afternoon shift. The cafe stays open till 10pm. 


The second open Sous Chef will be supporting a second building off campus at North Treatment Center wear we provide the hot foods because they don't have a kitchen.  We do lunch and dinner at this location and this role will be dedicated to them. They will also be serving at this location. Hours would be 10am start time load up food and then they will serve, guiding the others, exhibition low end type of cooking. After that will go back to Keck and supporting for dinner prep.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
