Sodexo Aviation has an exciting opening for 2 - Aviation Club/Lounge Operations Manager at one of the busy airline lounges at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent front of house guest services skills. As a Club Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for the daily club operations and service staff.

The ideal candidate will have food & bar service knowledge, a strong eye for detail, overall excellent service standards and most important, will be a true team leader.

What is this job all about?

  • Private airport club/lounge operating up to 20 hours a day, 7-days a week
  • High client/guest interaction
  • High-end customer service and attention to detail are a must
  • This is not a desk job, but you didn't want to be stuck at a desk all day, did you?

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
