Sodexo Leisure has an exciting new Retail / Bar Manager position available at Pickwick Gardens in Burbank, CA. Our staff prides itself on delivering the highest quality of customer service, meeting and event space, catering, lounge/bar in multi-use facility to include concessions/snack bars. Dedication to delivering a exceptional experience for you begins with our knowledgeable team and memorable experience at our location. 


As the Retail / Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar operations, beverage and retail programs at Pickwick Gardens and Conference Center. This venue features special events, meeting space with fabulous views of the botanic gardens, ice skating rink, bowling alley with a full bar & Lounge & snack bars.  The best qualified candidate will have exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and strong leadership, bar/lounge experience, strong liquor / food controls and catering experience a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven management skills, including follow up and holding staff accountable for service and standards. Daily oversight of operations to include training, scheduling, sanitation, program compliance, ordering and product inventory.


Bar, Hotel F&B (Food and Beverage) or high-end club management experience highly desirable. ServSafe and TIPPS certifications are preferred.

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
